A X’IAN, le grand empereur chinois Quin Shi Huang est enterré avec ses 10 000 guerriers.
en 2005 après J.C.
Par un jour encore plus étoilé (3ième étoile Michelin) à Saint BONNET Le Froid en Haute Loire dans le Velay, devant la fenêtre ouverte des cuisines de Régis & Jacques MARCON, de délicieuses odeurs s’échappent… le battement d’aile d’un papillon emporte dans les airs ces quelques molécules très odorantes …(c’est l’effet papillon).
puis…
en 2014 après J.C.
Réveillés par ces effluves succulentes, neuf guerriers squelettiques (une escouade) s’échappent du tombeau de Quin Shi Huang. Très affamés ils suivent ces odeurs et arrivent enfin à Saint Bonnet Le Froid…
Là, bien accueillis et restaurés, ils y ont pris leurs habitudes. Depuis, ils vaquent dans les près, ramassent des herbes aromatiques, s’entrainent au SPA et se restaurent dans ce nouveau Mess Généralissime !

In X’IAN, the great Chinese emperor Quin Shi Huang was buried with his 10,000 warriors.
2005 AD :
A more starry day (Michelin third star) in Saint BONNET Le Froid Haute Loire Velay, just outside an open window of Regis & Jacques MARCON’s kitchen, a butterfly beats its wings in the still of the night… sending sweet smelling molecules of delicious food into the air …(butterfly effect)
and…
2014 AD:
Awakened by these succulent scents, nine skeletal warriors escape from the tomb of Quin Shi Huang. Very hungry they finally arrive at Saint Bonnet Le Froid …
Well received, they have taken their habits, go to the nearby, pick up aromatic herbs, train at the SPA and eat in this new delicious army canteen !
